The Headache & Migraine Connection

Strong pockets of electromagnetic fields, created by electricity that's on its way to power equipment are often associated with headaches and migraines that develop during the night. Crawling back into the place where the headache or migraine developed is common - but probably anywhere else would be better. By moving the bed or chair where you spend a lot of time out of the 'pocket', you can prevent many headaches and migraines.

What can I do?

  • Move your bed or chair away from large electrical equipment or the wires running through the walls that feed it
  • Don't go back to the location where your headache or migraine developed
  • Open the window for ten minutes before going to bed
  • Shield against external wireless transmitters like cell phone towers and smart meters
  • Unplug electrical equipment when it's not in use
